Twin Calves Ranch

Twin Calves Ranch is located in Cheney, WA and is owned/operated by Tom and Brenda Manley. Our cows spend their days grazing our green pastures and enjoying the fresh Eastern Washington air and sunshine! We also have a small flock of layer hens, grow multiple varieties of berries, and raise a large vegetable garden.

Based on a strong desire to know where our food comes from, we became committed to providing the highest quality, most humanely raised, naturally fed beef, to family, friends, neighbors and customers. We sell bulk beef (whole, half or quarter) and boxed beef for those with small families or limited freezer space.

We practice rotational grazing to ensure that the soil is being replenished with nutrients produced from ruminants. This method of grazing has proven to increase forage production, soil fertility, holding capacity of water and decreases soil compaction. Slowly moving the herd from one grazing area to the another results in less overgrazing, producing a forage crop that is sustainable year after year, only because of natures symbiotic relationship between the grassland and the cattle.

Twin Calves Ranch is committed to 1) providing locally grown, humanely raised, and naturally fed beef, 2) growing and harvesting alfalfa/grass hay to feed our cows, and 3) practicing rotational grazing to continually add organic matter back to the soil.
