LeFarm was created by Chef Bill Taibe & Friends and opened in October of 2009. It's a small 30 seat restaurant in Colonial Green Westport. LeFarm has created unique relationships with local growers and artisans. Chef Taibe and his staff spend countless hours researching and sourcing the best products available. The ever changing menu reflects the current season and local harvests. LeFarm is also the epicenter of Souterrain. The nationally recognized underground dinners are held at different times throughout the year and have gained a large following since its inception in 2010. LeFarm is open Tuesday-Saturday for dinner and Wednesday through Friday for lunch. LeFarm helped to inspire Chef Taibe's newest concept, The Whelk, also located in Westport. The Whelk opened in January of 2012.
