Carter's Honey is produced from the nectar of 18 wildflower varieties all native to Indiana. Harvesting, extracting and bottling activities take place at our honey farm in Auburn, IN.

Our main focus is growing happy, healthy, great tasting pasture poultry.

Brandon and Shelly Shrock moved to Selma, Indiana in 2013 and started farming in 2015. They grow a variety of vegetables, have pasture raised chickens for eggs and meat.
