McClure's Orchard

We are a small, family owned and operated apple farm and winery located just north of Peru, Indiana, on U.S. HWY 31. We grow nearly 80 varieties of apples, which we begin picking in early-July and finish in early November. Whether for cooking, eating or squeezing, we have plenty of apples to meet your needs! We began selling our wines and hard ciders on Labor Day of 2010. We use fruit grown and honey raised on site in the making of our fine wines and hard ciders that are available to purchase or sample on site. We also boast having a small petting zoo on site for the young ones (and those still young at heart), a small cafe and a large apple barn. We use fresh fruits and veggies grown here and local meats in the restaurant. The apple barn is home to our fresh produce, cider, jams and jellies, maple syrup and honey; additionally, there is a Christmas Shoppe and many other gifts and home decor items available. We host many field trips throughout the fall, and saddle up the horses on the weekends for the kids to ride. Families can pick apples and pumpkins, play with some of our favorite furry and feathered friends and relax in the orchard sun. Oftentimes, we even have local musicians come out in the fall!
