Wahl Farm Dairy

This is a grass based dairy, primarily jersey cows, we are looking to try and sell jersey raw milk, possibly rose veal to folks committing to purchase animal while we grow to slaughter age. Located in beautiful foothills of Catskills, 2 hr from NY city. the cows are on pasture as much as we possible - throughout the whole year in the sunshine, fresh air and grazing grass. We have grown pumpkins to sell, fresh brown eggs from caged free chickens, just this summer raised meat chickens on a small scale - if anyone is interested in purchasing heavy meat chickens - let us know and we will do it again. We are looking for a way to survive and hold the farm.
