The Rock Ranch

The Rock Ranch is a beautiful 1,500 acre cattle ranch located about an hour south of Atlanta in Upson County. Its a place where families, school groups and even businesses can come to enjoy what we call agritourism. The Rock Ranch is owned by Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy and dedicated to Growing Healthy Families! A day at The Rock Ranch is packed full of excitement, fun, adventure and making memories. Train rides, zip lines, jumping pillows, cane pole fishing, paddle boats, and horse rides are just a few of the attractions that will make your day truly memorable. Not only are we dedicated to Growing Healthy Families, were also all about growing fresh produce right here on the ranch. Strawberries, blueberries and fresh corn just to name a few. We also offer fresh, grain-fed, hormone/steroid free all natural beef, raised right here. The finest beef around. Theres more to do here than you can shake a stick at. Come see for yourself! Beginning in April, we kick off our All Natural Produce season at the Rock Ranch. Our produce is available 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday thru Saturday each week. SPRING (April - May) Strawberries (U-Pick), Tomatoes,Vidalia Onions, Watermelons and Canteloupes* SUMMER (June - August) Tomatoes,Vidalia Onions, Sweet Corn, Squash, Watermelons, Canteloupes, Sweet Peppers, Blueberries, Blackberries, and Raspberries* FALL (September - October) Muscadines* *These harvest seasons are based on "best estimates" from prior years but of course God controls the seasons and growth. Please be sure to call and confirm what is available before coming out. We also sell jelly and preservers made from our fruits. We have honey and many other things for sell. We always have homade strawberry ice cream availible at the farmers market.
