Mitchell Farms

Mitchell Farms specializes in ethically-raised pastured beef on the family farm for over three decades just north of Springfield, Missouri. Owners Steve and Donna Mitchell offer happy customers individual cuts of high-quality beef through our meat CSA. Our practices have always favored the natural and humane- our animals are born and raised with constant access to grass and sunshine, and always without growth hormones. Our community-supported agriculture program runs on a six-month cycle (from June-November and December-May) but we are happy to accept new customers when we have room!
