While not certified organic, we strive to maintain organic practices, utilizing organic approved methods when necessary. Our seasonal produce includes lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, squash, onions, potatoes, herbs and more. We also have a small Elderberry orchard and sell frozen destemmed Elderberries along with Elderberry Juice and Syrup.
Our Angus beef is pasture-raised with no antibiotics or hormones given. We also offer pasture-raised non-GMO chicken for sale. They are raised in brooders and moved to portable tunnels once they are feathered enough to survive our temperature swings. Here they are provided freshwater and moved to fresh grass at least once daily.
Wednesday is bake day on the farm and we offer Bagels, and an assorted of homemade breads. If not sold on Wednesday, they go straight to the freezer and are sold from there. I try to bake at least once per month, depending on the demand. 36 dozen bagels does not last long around here!
Visit us at Webster Farms. Our farm store is open on Wednesdays from 2-6 and Saturdays from 9-2. Or call to stop by. If we are free, you are welcome.
