As the first winery in Grays Harbor County and Westernmost vineyard in Washington State, Westport Winery focuses wines on the culture and lifestyle of maritime living. From Mermaid's Merlot to Shorebird Chardonnay to Surfer's Last Syrah, Westport embraces all things coastal with each of thirty-three wines benefiting local charities. In addition to creating wines from some of Eastern Washington's most acclaimed regions, Westport is ordering unique varietals suitable for growth in the cool maritime Northwest.The winery also have 4000 blueberries, 2000 raspberries, 2000 marionberries, 100 apples, 100 Asian pears, and 250 huckleberries grown using organic practices. An emphasis on sustainable farm practices is prominent in this new venture. Westport is proud to have earned the Salmon-Safe certification. Their culinary herb garden plays a prominent role in all the culinary classes as well as acting as the backdrop for the winery's unique sculpture garden. The winery and bakery welcome visitors for tastings and garden tours daily from 11am to 6pm and until 8pm on weekends. The winery's Farm to Fork restaurant is open for lunch daily from 11am to 4pm.
