We offer fully customizable shares with multiple share sizes for just the right fit for your situation. With any share size, you always have the option to add additional items into your share on any given week based upon what we still have in inventory. The advantage of the larger boxes is you'll have a wider variety of items in your box to start with as well as larger quantities of the most sought after items that may be sold out in our inventory. Signing up with the right box size also helps us (your hard-working farmers) plan our planting and harvesting for the season.
We are a truly CSA farm! Our primary focus as farmers is giving our CSA members the best experience possible, so we plan on the vast majority of our produce going to our CSA members. Many farms operate in just the opposite way, sending the bulk of their produce to retail markets and then sending the leftovers or bulk items to their CSA boxes. We prioritize our CSA members, growing a tailored mix of veggies based upon years of CSA member selection data. We make all our best items available to CSA members first and we take whatever CSA members's don't select for their boxes each week to farmer's market or donate to food pantries.
The (NEW) mini-sized share is for singles who just don't cook very much but want to support a local farm. The small share is for busy singles and couples who may not have a lot of time to fit lots of cooking into their busy schedules. The standard sized share is for singles or couples who do quite a lot of cooking or for families who eat at least a few meals at home each week. The mega sized share is for families who eat most meals at home and love their veggies.
