We are a small family farm specializing in red wattle pork, a critically endangered heritage breed hog that is known for its amazing flavor.. Our hogs are naturally raised, outdoors on pasture without antibiotics or hormones. Pork is sold by the cut at the Maquoketa, Iowa Farmers Market, The Trading Post in Maquoketa and at the West Kimberly Mall in Davenport, Iowa, We also sell pasture free range eggs and chicken, a wide variety of heirloom tomatoes and other vegetables in season.
