Our gardens are owned and operated by two local people. All vegetables are grown organically but we are not certified. We love the idea of sharing quality food with our friends and neighbors.
Right now we are set up to do Spring and Summer produce. We plan to expand to winter crops as we move along.
We are interested to find people that may want deliveries of vegetables at a central location.
This year we grew snap peas, two kinds of cucumbers, green beans, beets, cauliflower, savoy cabbage, tiny bell peppers, kale, tomatoes lettuce, beets and a winter squash called Sucrine de Dubary, which a butternut variety. We are waiting to see how it turns out.
We produce baked goods, jellies, salsas, and awesome new pickles.
Thanks,
