Windy Ridge Natural Farm

We raise our chickens on pasture where they belong, eating living grasses and legumes for which there is no sustitute. We are a Certified Organic farm so you won't find chemicals, growth agents, pesticides, herbicides or GMOs (genetically modified organisms) on our farm or in our products. All of these substances have been shown to be detrimental to human health and certified organic products are the only way to avoid them. But at Windy Ridge we believe in beyond Organic! Our methods go well beyond the minimums required and offer the animals pasture 24 hours a day while remaining safe from predators. All of our efforts produce the finest chicken and eggs you can find with much more flavor, nutrition and purity than other chicken. Our animals are always humanely and carefully tended. Our chicken are processed by a NY State Licensed facility. We produce eggs year round and meat in late spring, summer and early fall. We store the meat in our own cold storage facility and it is available through winter while it lasts (halves and whole chickens). To be sure your order is filled please pre-order.
