Walking through the hills of the grove, often with beautiful views of the clouds below, it's hard not to feel both in awe of nature and at the mercy of it. Naming our grove after the Greek god of the west wind, Zephyr, reminds us to embrace harmony with the natural world and to accept the things that are out of our control.
For us, making sure that the farm supports the native plants, bees and wildlife around and within the grove means employing regenerative farming methods, supporting wild bee populations and by making constant, long-term improvements to the soil.
By sharing the fruits of our labor with our family and with the community through U-picks, local farm to table and restaurant sales, we hope to inspire a deeper connection to nature, a love of fresh, organic produce and an appreciation of the hard work that it takes to bring it to market.
