Goats brought to the Americas in the 1500s flourished in the Americas. Valued as a ready source of milk, meat, and hides, they were taken everywhere the Spanish went and became an integral part of subsistence production across southern North America, Central America, and South America. Today, there are relatively few purebred Spanish goats in the United States. One obstacle to the use and promotion of these goats is that the term "Spanish goats" is also used to describe crossbred and nondescript goats of the Southwest. Our Free Range chicken flock includes Orpingtons, Cuckoo Marans, Americaunas and Black Giants. They lay brown to pale buff, chocolate brown, green and blue-green colored eggs.
We are also a pick-up point for the neighboring goats milk herdshares, delivery can be arranged in the Lansing area.
We offer Goat Meat and Chicken by custom order, along with our eggs.

Our onsite farm store will be open from March through November selling organically raised produce and fruit raised on our farm. We have apples, peaches, cherries, plums,necterines, and grapes.
