Tour Sustainable Family Farms on Very First Midlands Farm Tour

Meet Columbia-area farmers and tour their scenic and sustainable farms. It's farm-fresh fun for the whole family!

The inaugural Midlands Farm Tour, happening Saturday and Sunday, April 6-7, 2013 from 1:00-5:00 PM both days, will open the barn doors and farm gates of 11 scenic and sustainable farms. This self-guided tour features working farms and gardens in Richland, Lexington, and Kershaw counties and taps into the Midland's growing passion for local food and farming.

Doko Farm will be participating with guided and self guided tours, as well as on-farm sales of our pasture-raised heritage meats. Tours will include all of our heritage and non-heritage breeds, many of which are listed on the Slow Food Ark of Taste!
