Local farmers, growers, and craft artisans sell at our community market. SNAP is accepted, and $30 in free double-up food bucks are given to SNAP users for free produce. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) bundles of local produce can be purchased for $35 at full price or $20 for SNAP users.
For Oak Cliff'ss farmers market is a strategy to mitigate the food desert in our community and to increase food sovereignty. Our USDA-funded farmers market supports local farmers, growers, and ranchers by providing development, training, and paying the overhead costs to participate in the markets.
