Certified Organic Goat Farm and cheese facility producing award-winning fresh chevre, ricotta, and feta. Amaltheia Organic Dairy utilizes all by-products by composting manure to organic standards and by feeding the whey (by-product of the cheese) to organic pasture raised hogs. Amaltheia Organic Dairy is located by the Bridger Mts. near Bozeman, MT and gets all of its organic hay and grain locally. Looking for interns with knowledge of organic practices, animal husbandry and produce.
