Direct from our family's garden to local tables. Using organic production methods, we grow strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries for sale at local farmers' markets or by special order. We also produce spring greens, garlic, herbs, jams and jellies and our family's favorite granola.

Amy works with other local farmers to coordinate planting and to work collectively in marketing fresh local foods. Educating the community about eating seasonally is a fundamental aspect of Appleton Hollow's mission statement.
