Ingersoll Farms is a garlic and vegetable farm located in upstate NY. Our family farm pride ourselves on giving our customers the best quality produce around. We carry flowers, delicious high quality gourmet garlic and vegetables.

Our fresh produce includes: sweet corn, tomatoes, bell and sweet peppers, hot peppers (Cayenne, Jalapeno, Portugal, Hot Hungarian Wax, Cherry, Ghost Chili and Scorpion) eggplant, carrots, swiss chard, beets, zucchini, yellow squash, garlic, onions, cucumbers, broccoli, pumpkins, potatoes, winter squash, green and yellow beans. We grow two variety of hardneck garlic: German White and German Red. Our garlic crop is harvested early July. Fresh garlic will be available in mid-July and cured garlic will be available August through October.

To help support local Agriculture. We have launched our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program. It runs 16 weeks, From Early July to Late October. Vegetables are picked at the peak of freshness and provided to our CSA members to pick up at the farm within hours of harvest. It's a great opportunity to get eating healthy.
