Our veteran-owned farm proudly offers premium, locally raised foods produced with quality, sustainability, and exceptional flavor in mind. Our animals graze freely across our 320 acre family farm in the high desert of Southern Arizona and are supplemented with corn and soy free feed, resulting in wholesome, naturally raised products you can feel good about serving your family. Our signature offerings include Meishan pork, prized for its exceptional marbling and rich flavor, 100% grass-fed, grass finished beef, pasture raised goat, farm fresh chicken, and seasonal duck. We also offer a variety of fresh eggs, including chicken, duck, and quail eggs, collected regularly from our free ranging flocks.

Our artisan cheese selection has become one of our most popular offerings, featuring more than 20 varieties of handcrafted goat cheese, with a rotating selection available throughout the week. From traditional chèvre to savory herb blends and sweet dessert inspired flavors, each cheese is carefully crafted in small batches using fresh goat milk for outstanding flavor and quality.

Our pantry is stocked with a wide variety of homemade, small batch preserved foods made using traditional methods. Customers can enjoy rich beef bone broth and chicken broth, four varieties of pickles, three kinds of pickled eggs, four homemade jams, three fresh salsas, hearty chicken soup, rendered lard, pickled strawberries, sauerkraut, baked beans, two styles of pasta sauce, bruschetta, sun-dried tomatoes, pickled onions, and marinated peppers. Our selection changes throughout the year to showcase the best seasonal ingredients.
