Grown naturally with no chemicals or fertilizers, we have a complete lifecycle in producing our crops, starting with our Tilapia tanks. We have nearly 1,000 tilapia providing the nutrients in our aquaponic system that fuels the growth of our plants, and we have crops in all stages growing. Currently, we are growing lettuce, tomatoes, squash, pumpkins, cucumbers, basil, chives, oregano, rosemary, and sage. We expect to increase our production through 2011.
Starting in February, we'll offer a CSA subscription plan.

We offer tours of our hydroponic growing areas and also offer classes on growing your own fish and vegetables using aquaponics. You can grow enough vegetables and fish to feed a small family year round with as little as 30 square feet of space, and we can assist you in building your own system.
