Edible Stories

Edible Stories is a new market garden in Helvetia, Hillsboro, OR. Among other vegetables, we are specializing in growing Indian vegetables. We are committed to growing food organically without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Currently, we are conducting vegetable trials to identify Indian vegetable varieties that are suitable to our climate. We are also offering a 'pay-as-you-go' CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) where we deliver fresh produce to customers on a weekly basis.
