Hope Grows Community Farm

Hope Grows Community Farm Program was established in January of 2011 as a non-profit business, offering farm-based activities and education to at-risk and under-served youth. The farm is home to several horses whom we consider our "partners" in mentoring. We teach horsemanship, riding lessons and facilitate equine-assisted therapy sessions. We also have a greenhouse and garden where we grow vegetables, flowers and herbs. Each spring, we offer for sale delicious pure Vermont Maple Syrup. Each fall we harvest a large crop of garlic.
