Spring on R Farm
R Farm is alive with the sights and sounds of spring! Our first spring beef calves have arrived from our small herd, and the ongoing dairy calf rotation continues. We’ve selected this year’s 4-H projects, which include pygmy and dairy goats, as well as a beef feeder calf.
On the crop side, we’re awaiting delivery of seed corn and seed beans, including the non-GMO seed corn we grow for our feed. Machinery preparation is complete, and we just need a window of opportunity for spring fieldwork and planting.
As we reflect with gratitude, we feel truly blessed to care for these animals and the land. We are grateful for the opportunity to provide healthy, quality products for our customers and thank you for your continued support of our family farm!
