Fall on R Farm
Another summer has come and gone, with the Williams County Fair providing a wonderful wrap-up to the season. Morgan earned grand champion pygmy goat and first in her beef feeder class. She also did well in showmanship with both animals, and we are proud of all the hard work she put into this year’s projects.
The fields are full of activity. Soybean harvest and fall tillage are progressing nicely, and all of our fall wheat has been planted.
Our beef cow herd is expanding, with all of our cows re-bred for next year. The dairy steer barn is full and will continue to supply our customers with natural freezer beef.
As the leaves start to fall and the nights get cool, we are reminded that Thanksgiving will soon be here. We are thankful for God and His goodness and wish each of you a blessed Thanksgiving.
