Enjoy this salad alone or as a side dish!
- 1/2 can cooked spinach
- 1/2 can chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 slice onion cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cooked whole grain pasta
Combine all ingredients except pasta in a pan and heat on medium until warmed through. Add pasta and mix well. Serve warm.
