Funkhaus Farm

We're a small farm located just outside Effingham, Illinois. Relatively new, we specialize in vegetables and pasture-raised chicken eggs. Our CSA is in its infancy, but we have two seasons of experience in our pocket. We have peach, cherry, and pear trees, asparagus plants, raspberries, blackberries, and 1/8 acre for vegetables. Plans for the future include a season-extending hoop house and expansion into 6 additional acres. Our offerings: Herbs, Garlic, Carrots, Onions, Kale, Cauliflower, Potatoes, Beets, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Sugar snap peas, Green Beans, Shallots, Spinach, Squash, Zucchini, Leeks, Herbs, Mustard/Collard Greens, Swiss Chard, Watermelon
