Dogwood Farm Herefords

Dogwood Farm has produced delicious Hereford beef (a heritage British beef breed) on pasture since 1964, with no pesticides or herbicides or growth hormones. Our beef steers graze all their days on our farm, which provides a nutritious, healthful mixture of grasses, legumes, annuals and perennials. They graze fresh pastures sub-divided daily with portable electric fencing whenever the weather allows, and are often supplemented during cold winter days with home-grown ryegrass, rye, wheat, mixed pasture grasses supplemented with home-grown grass and clover hay.

Since 2003, we have been offering custom all-grass-finished beeves to the local public. Whole, halves or quarters of beef may be reserved by deposit, $250 per whole beef, $200 per half-share or $100 per quarter-share, with value incentives for whole beeves. Contact us for USDA inspected whole cow ground beef sold in package lots of twenty pounds or more. Brochures with pictures and farm tours are available. Delivery to the Paducah, KY area also available by request.
