Conception to Consumer all forage-fed beef: We know the history of every beef animal on our farm! Beef steers are bred and born here. Our forage-oriented registered Polled Hereford breeding stock, selected for adaptation to local pasture grasses on our farm since 1964, provide consistent beef quality and richer flavor. Rotational and management-intensive grazing supplies more days of green forages for better animal nutrition, which translates to better nutrition for you and your family.
