Hiram Farm

We grow organic Salad greens in a greenhouse,9 months a year. Our mix contains mustard,leaf lettece red and green ,cress,Arugula,Mizuna. Most of the year we also have Baby Dill and cilantro. Which can be mixed with your greens for a great taste.Late this summer we will also have,Free range, veg,fed chicken eggs.You can call for pick ,up or delivery is made once a week into North Dallas area.Late May we will have vegs from the garden,tomatoes,radish, green beans etc. Please come to the Farm and see how we grow and visit our hens. we have tours on weekends.
