Coeur et Sol Urban Farms

Our growth is guided by our desire to help feed, educate, and enrich urban ecosystems with locally sourced organic agriculture. Coeur et Sol Farms and gardens are spaces where we hope to connect food, community, and sustainability by applying market gardening principles. Spring and Summer CSA memberships are now open! Shares will include tomatoes, leafy greens, root vegetables and cut flower selections from our first 1/4 acre lot in East Orange, NJ. Each share will also feature bonus goods from around the farm, recipes, farm updates, and educational information. We grow microgreens for market, restaurant retailers, and our La Garniture CSA year round. All of our microgreens are soil grown in house using organic growing methods. Some of the micros we've been growing include lemon and purple basil, pea, sunflower, and chickpea shoots, alfalfa, radish, amaranth, our signature blends, and more. We are always experimenting with new seeds and blends! All CSA share options include local delivery and a variety of options to fit every diet and budget.
