Edible Horizons

Edible Horizons is a small, hand-scale farm located on Sauvie Island, just 12 miles North of Portland, OR. We grow a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and plant starts well suited for our environment. Each week, you tell us how much and what to harvest by choosing from the availability list. Your veggies will be delivered the day of harvest, ensuring the freshest product possible, and can be picked up at convenient location near you. Want to grow your own veggies? We can help by getting starts ready for you to transplant. Want to get your hands dirty? Inquire about volunteering, work trade, and bartering.
