Greens Fruit Farm

Greens fruit farm is a fourth generation fruit farm, now owned and operated by Bobby and Sara Hricko. Having met at Penn state as horticulture majors, sustainability is at the heart of how this couple farms. We grow 63 acres of apples (over 40 different varieties), 12 acres of peaches and a smattering of cherries, pears, plums, asparagus, pumpkins, and sunflowers. We offer pick-your-own in the fall, as well as farm tours, and a farm store offering locally produced goods down the road.
Greens is Eco-certified, which is a rigorous third party audited certification which takes a sustainable and holistic approach to orchard management. We use as little as absolutely possible and when we do spray, we use the gentlest chemicals we can as a last resort. Greens is currently the only eco-certified grower offering pick-your-own in PA.
