Halifax Hollow MicroFarm is a little bitty micro-farm and cannery in Halifax, Vermont. We offer an assortment of gourmet hand-crafted sauces, fruit and veggie butters, pickles, wild mushroom products, and other food stuffs. Everything we make at Halifax Hollow both on the farm and for production is hand crafted, from scratch, using the finest quality home and sustainably grown produce that this little slice of land in the foothills of the Green Mountains has to offer. When we do have to outsource produce or other products, we rely on and support our local organic farmers here in VT, and our local co-ops for other organic ingredients such as flours, sugars, and spices.
