Hidden Hollow Homestead is a small homestead in Nicholas county just outside of Carlisle that specializes in heirloom vegetables, medicinal herbs, organic handcrafted pasta, fresh canned tomato sauce. We use our homegrown herbs in our herbal tea blends and spices. We produce craft handmade pastas using organic regional wheat that is available at multiple locations across the bluegrass.
