The Hiday Farm has been in business since 1987 and has specialized in raising naturally fed/pasture raised beef. The beef is sold by the share, a share will be around 60lbs of beef. Each share includes Steaks, Ground Beef, Roasts and more. Pasture raised Pork, Chicken,and Turkey are also available.
At the Hiday Farm, our animals are raised on lush organic pastures. Our animals are not fed growth hormones or antibiotics.
We also raise a special type of pig called a Mangalitsa. This is an old world Hungarian pig known for its gourmet flavor.
New to the Hiday Farm in 2016, a dairy. We are marketing our own milk as yogurt. Contact us for locations of where the yogurt is being sold.
It has a creamy flavor with a little bit of sourness. We use it in place of sour cream and sweeten it with honey or jam.
