Our chickens and rabbits are housed in portable pens that are moved daily. This reduces disease and parasites so antibiotics are not needed. The chickens and rabbits are allowed constant access to green pastures and sunshine increasing the nutritional value of the meat. All butchering is done on the farm in a clean open air environment with no chemicals used in processing. All "waste" from butchering is composted. Our Hens are allowed free roaming from sun-up to sun-down. The birds are able to forage on the farm for what chickens were made to eat. In return they give us great tasting eggs! We also have seasonal garden produce available. We never use chemical pest control nor chemical fertilizers on our garden. We utilize companion planting techniques and compost to grow extra delicious and nutritious vegetables. We also offer several heirloom varieties to choose from.
