Los Vallecitos Meats and Produce

Los Vallecitos is a beautiful ranch located in the high mountains of Northern New Mexico. This Ranch has been in my husbands family for over 150 years. Our cows graze on high mountain meadows and we harvest all of our own hay from our fields that are irrigated off of the runoff from the snow capped peaks. We have expanded our farm/ranch and raise goats, sheep and chickens. We also have a large vegetable garden with lots of great produce over the year starting with spring greens, peas, broccoli, root crops and green house tomatoes.
