We are purveyors and makers of fleur de sel and flavored sea salts. Our process starts with the harvest of Atlantic sea water off of the Marblehead coast in Northern Massachusetts. Our hand-crafted salts are made in accordance with a 1,600 year old process. Travelling to Mt. Athos in Northeastern Greece, our founder was educated in the technique by the monks in community on this monastic island, known as the "Holy Mountain." Our salts are truly unique, possessing a fluffy quality that delights the tongue and is an exceptional complement to vegetables and meats and the occasional caramel. Our mission is one of charity and industry. 100% of our profits are donated to charity and we are committed to returning the salting trade to our local economy - restoring this craft enjoyed in Marblehead in the 1600's.
