Marblehead Salt Co. LLC

I placed an order with Marblehead Salt Company last week, before I saw these two reviews. And I admit, they concerned me. I tried, unsuccessfully, to contact MSC via email and phone; neither of which would connect. That really aroused my concern as my CC had been charged, but with no word on when my (non salt) order would be sent. Online, I finally found a good contact number for MSC, called, and left a message. Within a day I received a sincere apology and a clarification from Father Bushell of why this cascade of misunderstandings occurred. I stress that it was due to circumstances - Covid, he was overseas, his one volunteer staff member was dealing with a family crisis, their mail and phone were unknowingly unavailable, etc. - not duplicity. Within a day my order - again, it was not salt - was packed, given to the PO and my tracking number sent to me. After speaking to and working with Father Bushell on this order, I believe in him, his sincerity and his organization.
