We plant tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, peppers, gourds, corn, pumpkins, beans, peas, lettuce, beets,salad greens,cabbage, and some exotics from other countries like Chinese Winged Beans, Chinese 18" purple beans, and many types of melons from heritage seeds. We use no GMO products.
Pesticides include diatomacious earth, soap, hand picking, and strategic planting of plants used to discourage pests. All pesticides/ insecticides are organic approved.
We also have honey from our own hives and eggs from our free-range hens.

We grow vegetables in our 72' high tunnel as well as in the field. We have a farm stand where customers can weigh the vegetables they pick themselves and pay for in the honor system cash box. Our eggs are from our flock of free-range chickens and are available in the farm stand. We keep bees here as well as at another location and sell the honey in the farm stand. We sell to nearby restaurants as well as the VA hospital and at the Charlestown Farm Market.
