May- June

The vegetables I will have during this time will be: lettuce, spinach, radish, swiss chard, green onions, kohlrabi, Chinese cabbage, bok choy, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, peas.

July

There will be cucumbers, summer squash, green beans, tomatoes, beets, carrots, onions, garlic, leeks, parsley, basil and other fresh herbs and still some May-June veggies

August

More July vegetables plus sweet corn, sweet and hot peppers, okra

Potatoes, winter squash, sweet potatoes, celery, lettuce, radish, spinach, bok choy, chinese cabbage, parsley, arugula, turnips, mustard greens, collards, kale
