April and May we will have Asparagus (4000 crowns planted and Sugar Snap Peas. Our ALL NATURAL, BEESWAX HAND LOTION BAR is great on cracked fingers. You notice a difference the next day. We are getting great reviews from people that are using it. We have 4 acres of gardens. This will be our 10th year at the Whitley County Farmers Market which will be starting in May and goes through Oct from 8 - 12:30. We have gardened, canned and farmed all our life. We have an antique potato digger, a 1 row transplanter, and Tom has made what we call a bean picker. We have used it for picking beans, pulling weeds and planting onions. It has saved our backs, you lay on your belly, have a head rest and crates on the right side to hold the green beans, Tom also made a plastic mulch layer. We have to make everything Old Fart Friendly. Thank You for your support. In August we will have Peaches from Michigan, Sept. and Oct we will have Michigan Apples, and delicious Fermented Sauerkraut. New this year will be a Sorghum project with Merry Lee and Old Loon Farms. We still have our handmade goat milk soaps, our house blend of seasoned salt and much more. We look forward to seeing old friends and making new ones in the coming spring!! We will now be offering our jams and jellies at the Columbia City Markets and our homestand. Uncle Tom's Seasoned Salt is our own proprietary blend of seasoning, that works well on any kind of meat and vegetables, any way you want to fix it!! A family and friends Favorite!!
