Rodney Kawano, owner and 3rd generation farmer in Southern California, secured several acres of land in Oceanside and Vista. Using rich fertilizers and organic minerals, Rodney grown sweet, tasty strawberries along with several different types of vegetables including kale, spinach, broccoli, beets, string beans, heirloom tomatoes and much more. Rodney stressed the importance of adding organic minerals to the soil as minerals enhance the flavors of rest foods. Once you try this exceptional produce, you'll be convinced that Rodney Kawano Farms is superior in flavor and freshness. The CSA boxes are filled with fresh produce from the Rodney Kawano Farms and 3 other farms provide honey, potatoes, corn and mushrooms.
