Old Crow Farm

Our overall name is Hawthorn Meadow. We grow healing herbs and produce remedies from our organically grown herbs. Our farm is completely organic from the bottom to the top. We presently have as companions and compost producers 100 chickens and 64 geese. They browse the 5-acre spread at will. Chickens are fed organic pellets to supplement their diets of fresh greens and bugs. My brother and I are older and would welcome an apprentice or two, or three for that matter. Our organic garden is growing slowly but surely by the years. We presently use our local coop to distribute our eggs, as well as some regular customers and will do so with the vegetables this coming summer. Farm tours are more than welcome with an advance notice and planned date and time. Internship would be welcome, too, for the planting, growing and harvesting, and eventual creation of herbal remedies.
