Omega Maiden Oils

We proudly grow and bottle Omega Maiden organic camelina oil on our fifth-generation family farm in southern Minnesota. Native to Eastern Europe, camelina oil is loaded with Omega-3's and antioxidants. Camelina oil offers the best of both worlds: the superior nutrition of flaxseed oil and the versatility of olive oil. It's excellent in salad dressings, cooking, baking, and light frying. Omega Maiden has more Omega-3's and antioxidants than sunflower and olive oils, and it's much more versatile and stable than flaxseed oil. Our organic farm and pasture is situated along Highwater Creek on the prairies of southwestern Minnesota. You will find certified organic crops, free-range cattle and poultry, honey bees, native berries, and lots of other good things happening on our land. We believe in caring for and giving back to the earth, and we do our best to ensure every aspect of our family farming operation and camelina oil business does just that.
