Parker Pastures is located a few minutes from downtown Gunnison, CO. Our
center piece is the Grass-fed Dairy from which we offer Raw Milk Dairy Herdshares. We are members of the Raw Milk Association of Colorado. We also offer 100% Grass-fed Beef, Pastured Pork, 100% Grass-fed Lamb, Pasture-raised Eggs, and Pasture-Raised
chicken.
Though not certified organic, we strive to go above and beyond organic principals. Use of the Holistic Management model, short-duration, high intensity grazing followed by long recovery times for the plants, is proving to improve degraded landscapes, build soil, and sequester carbon.
