Island Meadow Farm sits on ten acres of ground with over 100 years of continuous farming history. Our on-site farm stand is open year-round, and offers fresh, seasonal veggies, culinary herbs, berries, nuts and flowers. Here at Island Meadow Farm we believe the industrial food model is close to making the culture that surrounds food extinct. By making direct face to face contact with our customers, we are attempting to breathe new life into this culture of how we grow, cook and eat good food.
