We specialize in pasture-raised chickens. We primarily use a slow-growing heritage breed called Naked Necks. They are rotated frequently throughout the pasture where they have all the grass, insects, and non-GMO / soy-free grain they want. We never feed antibiotics or hormones. All chickens are processed on-farm in our Exempt PL 90-492 facility. Thus, the quality is highly controlled and you know exactly where your chicken has been. We also produce 100% free range eggs with our portable eggmobile modeled after Joel Salatin's Polyface Farms. They are moved frequently to new pasture where they forage for insects and grass. Our laying hens also receive a Soy-FREE, non-GMO diet. . We also offer 100% grass-fed beef from start to finish at about 24 months old. The Utopia Mercantile, a Animal Welfare Approved processing facility, processes the beef for us. It is dry aged for 2 weeks before cutting and packaging. We also produce pasture-raised, free-range turkeys for Thanksgiving. We move them daily in portable shelters to fresh pasture where they forage for insects and eat copious amounts of grass.
